If you don’t see visible results after consistent use for 100 days, simply contact our customer support team at support@overalabs.com for a full refund — no questions asked.
Payment
Ovéra accepts secure online payments via VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Klarna, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
Your card will only be charged once your order has been shipped. Ovéra does not apply additional card fees.
Pre-Orders:
For pre-order items, payment is collected at checkout to reserve your order and prioritize production and shipment from our nearest warehouse.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please reach out to us immediately at support@overalabs.com.
Once your order has been packed or shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes. Orders are typically processed within one hour of purchase.
If the order has already been packed, you may still cancel it by covering the return shipping costs.

All packages are shipped from the nearest Ovéra fulfillment center.
A tracking number will be provided so you can follow your delivery.
Qualification for the 100-Day Guarantee
To qualify for a refund under the Ovéra 100-Day Guarantee:

Use the product consistently for 100 days as instructed.

Request your refund after 100 days but within 120 days of receiving your product.

You may be asked to provide supporting documentation (such as before/after photos or usage logs).
Our guarantee is designed to give you enough time to experience genuine results — completely risk-free.
Returns
If you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order, you are eligible for a full refund under our right of withdrawal policy.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact support@overalabs.com for the correct return address and our withdrawal form before sending your item.
Refunds are processed once your return is received and verified. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Returned to Sender (RTS)
Orders returned to our warehouse due to delivery failure (incorrect address, missed deliveries, etc.) are considered Returned to Sender.
If an RTS occurs due to customer error, the order is not eligible for a refund, but we can reship at your expense once received.
Warranty
All Ovéra products come with a 2-year limited warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship.
If your claim is valid, you may receive a repair, replacement, or partial refund depending on the situation.

Privacy Policy
Ovéra values your privacy and will never sell or share your data.
We only collect the information necessary to process and deliver your order: name, address, and email address.
All data is securely stored and can be deleted upon request.

We do not authorize resellers or third-party marketplaces. Purchases made outside our official website are not covered by our guarantees, warranties, or support.
