If you don’t see visible results after 100 days of consistent use, email support@overalabs.com for a full refund. No questions asked.

Returns (14-Day Right of Withdrawal)

Changed your mind? You have 14 days from delivery to return for a refund (no results proof required).

  • You’re responsible for arranging and paying return shipping.

  • Contact us first at support@overalabs.com for the correct warehouse return address and a withdrawal form.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and verify the return.

  • We do not accept returns to parcel shops/collection points — ship directly to our warehouse.

Returned to Sender (RTS)

If a parcel is returned due to address errors, missed deliveries, or unclaimed pickup, it’s marked RTS.

  • Customer-caused RTS is not eligible for a refund.

  • We can reship once it arrives back at our warehouse (shipping at your expense).

  • If the carrier discards/destroys the parcel, we cannot refund or replace.

  • A refund may be considered only if the order remains undelivered and no return/redelivery is confirmed within 60 days.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We pack fast (often within 1 hour). If you need to change or cancel, contact us immediately.

  • If the order is already packed/shipped, changes aren’t possible.

  • You can still cancel by returning the parcel; return shipping is your responsibility.

Qualification for the 100-Day Guarantee

To use the guarantee:

  1. Use the product daily as instructed for 100 days.

  2. Request your refund after day 100, but no later than day 120 from delivery.

  3. We may request supporting evidence (e.g., before/after photos or a simple usage log).

The guarantee exists so you can properly test the product — we’re confident you’ll see progress.

Purchases from Unauthorized Sellers

We only accept returns/refunds for products purchased directly from www.overalabs.com.
Orders from unauthorized sellers/marketplaces aren’t eligible for our support, refunds, or replacements. Contact the seller you purchased from.

Warranty (2 Years)

All Ovéra products include a 2-year limited warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship.
If your claim is valid, we’ll repair, replace, issue store credit, or discount — depending on the case.
Report defects within a reasonable time after discovery (two months is considered reasonable). We’ll refund reasonable return shipping if the claim is approved.
Always return items in proper packaging.
